Everyone need to do their part consciously with full dedication and integrity to achieve the common goal. "Everyone is leader but not everyone is the same."  I wish everyone in my ship understand me and my feelings. On matter how hard I try if they fail, I too fail with them.
If I win they will win with me. The following questions are for my friends who sail with me. " What dent will they make today? what cause will they pursue? what contribution will they make at work?what contribution will they make at home? and what contribution will they make in life????"
Sooner they understand better we live the life.
